Offer description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to get involved and support participants in building confidence and improving essential skills through community learning. The role focuses on working with hard‑to‑reach groups, delivering accredited and non‑accredited sessions across Blaenau Gwent, and promoting the project through outreach and community engagement.

You will support participants to progress to further learning by working closely with partners and agencies, while keeping accurate records, monitoring progress, and ensuring all program requirements are met.
