We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Assistant to join our team and support our clients and customers while gaining valuable experience in the marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing customer interactions, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide support to clients during campaigns, promotions, and events.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Assist in preparing reports on customer service activities and suggesting improvements.
* Represent the company positively when interacting with clients and customers.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not essential – full training will be provided.
