Teaching Personnel is looking to appoint a friendly and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils across Primary Schools in the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to be part of a dedicated school team focused on helping every pupil achieve their best.
The Role Includes:
* Providing support in class, helping children to access the curriculum
* Working with pupils who require additional guidance with learning, behaviour or emotional regulation
* Supporting literacy, numeracy and phonics through targeted interventions
* Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement and independence
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and parents to support pupil development
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Enthusiastic, reliable and patient
* Comfortable working with pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
* Experience with SEN or classroom support is desirable, but not essential
* Willingness to learn and engage with training opportunities
* Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
