We’re supporting a boutique business-focused law firm in Henley-on-Thames in the search for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in commercial contracts, terms of business, and business sale and purchase transactions, who is confident running matters with a good level of autonomy.
The firm advises businesses across commercial, corporate, litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a pragmatic and commercially astute approach.
The role offers:
* Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office, 2 from home
* Salary from £50,000 for around 3 years’ PQE, with flexibility for the right person
* 20-25 days’ holiday and 2% pension
* Strong client exposure and the chance to be part of the local business community
1. Commercial property experience is not required.
