* Be the welcoming face of the hotel, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
* Ensure smooth and safe luggage handling to guest rooms
* Support conference setups and coordinate guest needs
* Maintain pristine public areas and assist across departments
* Create memorable moments through outstanding service

With roots dating back to the 14th century, The Lygon Arms is steeped in history, and remainders of the vast Tudor influence are visibly appreciated in the superb restoration of original features.
