Job Description
We are looking to recruit Patient Transport Drivers / Carers based in one of our depots in Slough.
In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from treatment facilities while ensuring they feel supported and cared for throughout their journey. You will assist patients who may feel unwell and provide reassurance where needed. Working as part of a two-person crew, you will share duties including driving the ambulance and supporting patients during transport.
Full training will be provided, including qualifications that can support progression within the healthcare and patient transport sector.
This is a full-time position with varied shift patterns.
Rota Patterns & Shift Times:
* Start Times varied with an Early, Mid and Late shift
* 4-5 shifts a week
* Weekend flexibility is essential
Requirements for the role:
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence
* Ability to undertake lifting duties
* Experience within the care industry (preferred)
* Experience Driving larger vehicles (Minibus/LWB Van Etc.)(preferred)
