Opportunity: * Leading onboarding calls to fully understand customer requirements for their phone system. * Logging, categorising, and prioritising customer support tickets with accuracy. * Collaborating with the sales team, suppliers, and colleagues to resolve order or technical issues. * Acting as a first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a positive and efficient experience. * Booking and coordinating system installations and site surveys. * Maintaining regular communication with managers, departments, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
