The role:
You will be the first voice that customer hears when they need help so a calm, cool demeanour whilst under pressure is essential, you will through use of industry leading technology diagnose their problems over the phone or arrange for a specialist technician to attend their property.
1. Achieving prescribed company KPI’s in line with role
2. Contributing to the Business KPI’s and SLA’s
3. Diagnose and fix faults in systems.
4. Booking appointments for technicians to attend when we are unable to diagnose over the phone
5. Commitment to delivering class leading service.
The successful candidate:
