What you will do
* Conduct assessments including risk and safeguarding to ensure client safety.
* Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions tailored to clients’ needs.
* Manage a caseload efficiently, providing one-to-one support and facilitating group programmes to aid client recovery.
* Work in partnership with various external agencies to strengthen support networks for clients.
* Operate both independently and as part of a dedicated small team to drive effective rehabilitation strategies.
* Utilise excellent communication skills to motivate clients and inspire positive change.

* Experience: Proven experience in delivering focused interventions and managing recovery programmes.
