Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role will include:
Managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring data is accurate in CRM systems
Coordinating with internal teams to process quotes, stock requests, and delivery information
Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers
Identifying opportunities to expand product sales and grow revenue
Keeping track of customer feedback and acting on it to enhance service quality
Monitoring account activity to identify trends and suggest improvements
Supporting colleagues in the wider sales team to deliver coordinated service
