Overview
What You’ll Be Doing (in a nutshell):
Owning and scaling a warm desk across Primary, Secondary, and SEND
Building long-term relationships with schools and educators
Driving business development and growing market presence
Placing amazing candidates in roles where they thrive
Running the full 360 recruitment cycle
Working toward Managing Consultant—with a clear, supported path
