Job Title: Team Leader Ref No: 21632 Location: Walsall Setting: Residential Home Salary: Up to £13 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time - 36 hours per week Shifts: Days - 8am to 8pm Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join a well-established residential care home in Walsall. The home specialises in providing high-quality care for residents living with Dementia, Mental Health conditions, and Physical Disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centred care, with proven experience in a senior role within a residential or nursing home setting. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of care staff on shift Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently provided Assist in developing and implementing care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Liaise with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies Mentor and support junior staff and provide guidance where needed Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) - essential Previous experience working in a Senior Carer or Team Leader role Strong understanding of care standards and CQC regulations Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Compassionate and professional approach to care Please Note: This home does not offer sponsorship, so applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
