What You’ll Be Doing

* Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
* Lead and support your team, nurturing a positive and collaborative workplace culture
* Maintain compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations
* Monitor and drive business performance including KPIs and targets
* Support patient engagement and satisfaction through excellent service
* Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training for practice staff
* Work closely with clinical teams to support exceptional standards of care


Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

* Experience as a Practice Manager (or similar leadership role in healthcare/dentistry)
* Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards
* Confident leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to manage practice performance
* A team-focused, patient-first mindset
