Job Description:
The main role and responsibilities of a healthcare assistant will be
* Helping clients with their individual needs and maintaining independence
* providing care and support for clients in their own homes such as providing and supporting with personal care(Bathing/washing/shower /dressing, continence support
* meal planning and preparation,
* Medication management
* carrying out light domestic duties, s
* Supporting clients with accessing the community.
* Companionship
* Keeping up to date care notes after every visit to a clients home
Key skills: and Qualifications
* You need to be over 18 and have a full driver's license and access to a car essential
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be a team player as well as be able to work independently and use your own initiative
* Be passionate about care and making a difference in people's lives
* Kind and caring
* Be willing to learn and become a lifelong learner
* Experience is not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.
