We're looking for an experienced Assets and Facilities Manager to take the lead in managing a diverse range of non-domestic properties - including offices, community hubs, commercial spaces and multi-use buildings across North Somerset and the surrounding areas.
You'll be responsible for:
* Overseeing Health & Safety and security across commercial sites
* Managing leases, business continuity, and facilities operations
* Driving environmental sustainability initiatives
* Leading on facilities projects, contractor management and procurement
* Collaborating across teams to deliver strategic objectives
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in building services and asset management
* Strong contractor and budget management skills
* A flexible, proactive communicator who thrives on problem-solving
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel between sites)
