Salary: £30,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: Strong knowledge of physical commodities trading markets (LNG, physical gas, or oil) Experience delivering within a trading environment Experience working in fast-paced project environments using AGILE methods Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and tools Knowledge of testing principles across the development lifecycle Experience working with data and databases (including basic SQL) Experience working directly with traders on trading models Detailed knowledge of the LNG market Responsibilities: Deliver effectively within a fast-paced trading environment using AGILE Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements with precision Translate business requirements into functional solutions, assessing risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact Visualise, articulate, and solve complex business and technical problems Support testing activities throughout the development lifecycle, including peak sprint stages Close out tasks effectively while ensuring planned business benefits are realised with users Maintain strong cost-benefit awareness to ensure maximum stakeholder value Work with data (including data migration activities) and use basic SQL to interact effectively with databases Work directly with traders to understand, analyse, and enhance trader models Apply approved business analysis modelling techniques to define requirements and communicate solutions Contribute effectively within geographically distributed teams Follow data management best practices in solution delivery Technologies: Support SQL Marketing More: We are Certain Advantages, committed to finding the best people for the job.
