Are you a visionary Associate Interior Designer ready to align your career with a practice that values People, Planet, and Purpose as much as you do?
At Stride Treglown, we dont just design buildings; we create people-focused places. As an employee‑owned, inclusive practice, we give you more than just a seat at the table—we give you a voice in how we work and where were headed.
We are looking for a creative powerhouse to join our Bristol studio, leading high‑profile commercial and private sector projects across the UK.

* Win Work: Use your pitching prowess to secure new commissions and expand our commercial footprint.
* Innovate: Apply deep knowledge of sustainability and circular principles to deliver future‑proofed spaces.
* Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, managing relationships with commercial acumen.
* Mentor: Inspire and grow the next generation of design talent within the studio.
What Youll Bring
* The Experience: 8-10 years post‑qualification experience (Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture).
* The Track Record: A portfolio showcasing excellence in the commercial/private sector, particularly in “Reposition and Reuse.”
* The Edge: Strong work‑winning skills and the ability to pitch compelling design stories to high‑level stakeholders.
* The Mindset: A collaborative, proactive approach to multi‑disciplinary working and a passion for achieving ambitious sustainability targets.
* The Appetite: For producing Revit technical information in conjunction with AI generative tools to create credible and buildable design solutions.
Benefits
* Employee Ownership: We are owned by our people. Youll have a genuine stake in our success.
* Career Autonomy: We pride ourselves on helping you develop your career in the direction you want it to go.
* Inclusion: We are dedicated to building a team that represents the communities we serve.
* Balance: A progressive, supportive environment that understands the modern professionals needs.
* Full‑time contract with flexible working hours.
* A comprehensive benefit package including private healthcare.
