Position: Project Manager (Intern) Location: London, UK We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a non-paid intern to work alongside our company director on an innovative project focused on mental health, holistic, and beauty wellness workshops. This role is perfect for someone who is well-organized, efficient in meetings, and proactive in conducting ongoing research for new facilitators and business opportunities. As a Project Manager intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping the structure of our workshops while overseeing and managing various aspects of the project from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with facilitators, organizations, business advisors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and scopes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organise, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met within established timelines. - Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential problems. - Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular status updates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks. - Conduct project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for future reference. - Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. - Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill development and ensuring project goals are met. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management is preferred. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
