The project: With continued growth in infrastructure, we have a demand for experienced professionals in aviation in our Mobility Business Sector. With sustained airline passenger growth in UK and the recent government approvals, we have been appointed for one of the UK’s largest airports in the South East of England to deliver their high-profile airport expansion plans.
Our Aviation team is growing in Q1 2026 and we have an exciting opportunity for a to join our team on a permanent basis. As Safety, Health and Wellbeing Lead you will be required to provide strong transformational leadership, setting a clear vision and strategy health safety and wellbeing.
You’ll need to have:
1. Expert knowledge of HSW legislation, best practice and international delivery.
2. Proven capability establishing HSW management systems, assurance and audit frameworks.
3. Strong risk management and mitigation experience within major organisations.
4. Effective communicator, presenting technical HSW information to non-technical audiences.
5. Commercially astute, with strong business planning and budget management skills.
6. Proven leader of cross-functional teams, developing competence and capability.
7. Chartered HSW professional with extensive sector experience delivering measurable outcomes.
8. Full right to work in the UK.
