About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to work full-time as an Unqualified Teacher / Classroom Supervisor in a secondary school in Tonypandy. You will be responsible for overseeing pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects for pupils in Years 7–11.
This is not a planning role—all lesson materials are provided. Your focus will be on maintaining a positive learning environment, managing behaviour effectively, and building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise whole-class lessons using pre-prepared materials
Maintain classroom order and manage challenging behaviour confidently
Engage students and ensure they remain on task
Build rapport with pupils across different age groups and abilities
Collaborate with teaching staff and follow school policies
Act quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including core subjects such as English and Maths)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
