Description Our team has a Technical Writer position available in Norfolk, VA. Primary responsibilities include: • Gather, analyze, and compose technical information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, reports • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents • Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology • Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel Requirements • 4-6 years directly related work experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, accounting • Associate’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, accounting, or other related discipline and 4-6 years’ general experience • This is not a Remote/Hybrid Position. Position requires to be in office daily. • COMPTIA Security CE Certification preferred but not required.
