This role supports the development and oversight of SJP’s Conflicts of Interest (COI) framework. You’ll lead on policy design, risk assessments, training, and regulatory reporting, ensuring Group-wide adherence to COI requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update COI policies, procedures, and registers.
2. Conduct annual risk assessments and horizon scanning.
3. Coordinate mandatory training and COI communications.
4. Investigate and report suspected breaches to regulatory bodies.
Who we’re looking for:
An experienced compliance professional with in-depth knowledge of COI requirements and strong communication skills. You should be confident advising on regulation and driving procedural improvements.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
5. Expertise in financial crime legislation and COI frameworks.
6. Ability to analyse and interpret regulatory change.
7. Strong report writing and policy drafting skills.
8. Broad understanding of SJP’s business model and governance.
9. Experience conducting investigations and coordinating audits.
Desirable:
10. ICA Advanced Certificate or similar (or willingness to study).
11. Experience engaging with external regulators.
12. Knowledge of global COI frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
