Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week
Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at Service Headquarters, Salisbury with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend your base location approximately once a week for key activities and meetings.

As an Organisational Learning Facilitator in our Service Improvement department you will:
1. Support the process of managing operational/organisational learning through the Operational Effectiveness Database (OED) system
2. Monitor trends in data and communicate to appropriate stakeholders where appropriate
3. Undertake user engagement to support and promote the use of the OED and gather feedback from teams / departments
What makes you our ideal Organisational Learning Facilitator?
4. Have an NVQ 4 or equivalent vocational qualification in a related subject area
5. Previous experience carrying out a co-ordinating/facilitating role in an office environment or customer service area
6. Knowledge of Blue light Service Operational processes
7. We are looking for someone approachable to proactively engage with teams and have excellent communication skills
