We’re looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant hotel kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
WhatYou’llDo
* Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
* Lead and motivate junior team members during service
* Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
* Contribute ideas for menus, specials, and seasonal dishes
* Ensure stock levels are managed and wastage is kept to a minimum
* Step up to run sections independently and assist in supervising the kitchen when required

* Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar level in a professional kitchen
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* A passion for quality, consistency, and creativity
* Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
