We are scaling rapidly and need additional support to ensure all associates joining our clinical workforce are fully compliant with regulatory, contractual, and internal standards. The Onboarding Compliance Admin will work closely with the Talent and People teams to review, track, and validate compliance documentation for incoming associates on an initial 6 month contract. This role is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring that every clinician is cleared for work in line with CQC, NHS, and internal governance requirements. We need someone to start immediatly and you'll be supporting us during a period of rapid growth, focusing on auditing, record-keeping, and chasing outstanding evidence. What You’ll Be Doing: Document Verification:Review and validate compliance documentation for new associates (e.g., DBS checks, indemnity insurance, right to work, references, qualifications). DBS Handling: Administer the secure receipt, logging, verification, and return of physical DBS certificates sent by associates. Tracking & Audit: Maintain accurate, up-to-date compliance records in our HRIS and recruitment systems. Flag gaps and ensure documentation is stored correctly. Coordination & Chasing: Liaise with associates to collect missing information and follow up on outstanding compliance evidence. Governance Support: Assist in running periodic audits of active associates to confirm ongoing compliance (e.g., DBS update service, renewals). Process Alignment: Work alongside the Talent Coordinator to ensure smooth handovers from recruitment into compliance sign-off. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the People & Talent team on compliance status, highlighting risks, delays, and escalations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and contribute to SOPs and best practice documentation. To thrive in this role you’ll need to: Experience in HR administration, recruitment operations, compliance, or a regulated environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documentation. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple associates at different compliance stages. Confident communicator, happy to jump on the phone with a professional yet approachable energy when chasing associate clinicians for documents. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Familiarity with healthcare compliance (DBS, CQC, indemnity) is an advantage but not essential. Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, or compliance tracking tools desirable.
