Junior Project Manager / Support FTC – 12 Months
Dynamics 365 Deployment, Supporting the Successful Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to our clients organisation in the US.
Role Overview
Our client are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Project Support professional to join their team for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment project. This junior role is ideal for candidates looking to build on their career in project management and business technology, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist the project manager and wider team in coordinating day-to-day activities for the Dynamics 365 deployment in the US.
* Support project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, project plans, and status reports.
* Support the project teams when there are resources are stretched across Process, OCM and PMO.
* Coordinate schedules and organise meetings, workshops, and training sessions for stakeholders.
* Act as a point of contact for project queries, ensuring timely responses and escalation of issues where appropriate.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with project governance requirements.
* Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), gathering feedback and reporting issues to the technical team.
* Support the onboarding of end users, distributing communications and training materials as required.
* Help ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Some experience or understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is desirable but not essential.
* Interest in business systems and technology; prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
* Knowledge of working in Azure DevOps is an advantage.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project setting.
Qualifications
* Educated to A-level standard or equivalent; degree in business, IT, or related field preferred but not required.
* Any relevant certifications or training in project management or Microsoft technologies would be beneficial.
