Where will you be working?
At M Group Energy, were enabling the energy essential to support our lives.
We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within our Metering team, youll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.
Our meter readers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored.

What will you be doing?
Are you ready to take on a leadership role in our Revenue Protection business? This role is a full time office based role. As a Team Manager, you'll inspire and guide a team of Operations Coordinators, ensuring excellence in service delivery to our clients. Can you thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with Field Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to achieve business objectives?
Your responsibilities will include coaching and training your team, staying compliant, and driving innovation in processes. Do you have what it takes to manage performance, allocate resources effectively, and maintain high client standards? With your strong leadership, analytical mindset, and people management skills, you'll play a vital role in fostering team success and continuous improvement.

What youll bring? Previous experience of managing an office-based workforce such as a call center environment
Knowledge of OFGEM standards is an advantage but not essential
The ability to coach and develop others who are developing new skills and competencies
