Lead Performance Test Engineer

What you\'ll do
* Analyse business scenarios and performance requirements
* Design and execute performance test scripts, workload models, and monitoring metrics
* Identify bottlenecks and recommend performance tuning improvements
* Deliver detailed test reports and actionable insights
* Champion best practices and testing strategies within a global team
What you\'ll bring
* 10+ years\' experience in performance testing, software R&D, or systems engineering
* Strong experience with tools such as K6, LoadRunner, JMeter
* In-depth knowledge of databases, cloud-based web architectures, and automation
* Practical skills in C#, Web API testing, Azure and modern test methodologies
* Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills
* Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
* Experience with security or performance non-functional testing
* Familiarity with Power BI, reporting tools, and advanced data analysis
Location: Southampton. Hampshire. Hybrid. 2 days onsite.
