We're looking for: The successful candidate will be keen to learn, reliable and possess a strong work ethic. This would be a standout opportunity for a junior Chef de Partie who is looking to learn and progress in a supportive environment. Experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training and will consider candidates with limited experience as long as you are keen to progress and learn new skills. While knowledge in Japanese cuisine isn't necessary, a friendly personality and ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team an essential!
