£30,000-£40,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
We're partnering with a growing commercial energy consultancy in Manchester that's expanding its sales team.
This is a consultative B2B role, working with SME and multi-site businesses to secure competitive, tailored energy contracts. You'll manage your own pipeline, build relationships with decision-makers, and take full ownership of the sales cycle from first call through to contract completion.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively engaging SME decision-makers
Advising on commercial energy contracts and pricing
Managing renewals and identifying new opportunities
Negotiating and progressing contracts
Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline records
Consistently achieving sales targets
What We're Looking For
2+ years' B2B energy sales experience (essential)
Strong consultative sales approach
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Target-driven and commercially focused
