Partner Success Manager Job Description: We are seeking a senior, commercially minded Partner Success Manager to lead post-sale success for our enterprise Embedded Services partners - including major banks, fintechs, and vertical SaaS platforms. Embedded Services at Sage brings our accounting and financial capabilities directly into partner ecosystems through modern, API-driven experiences. By embedding Sage natively into banks and software platforms, we help partners unlock new revenue streams while delivering seamless, Sage-powered workflows to millions of end users. It's one of Sage's fastest-growing strategic areas. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Operations, with a clear mission: ensure smooth onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and drive strong partner adoption. You'll join late-stage sales conversations and take full ownership once commercial terms are agreed, becoming the single accountable owner for partner success. Reporting to the Product Strategy Director, you will manage a small portfolio of high-complexity, high-impact partners, focusing on operational readiness, long-term value delivery, and risk mitigation. Your work will directly influence how partners launch and scale Embedded Services to their customers - and ultimately shape the future of how Sage reaches the market. Hybrid - 3 days in our Winnersh office Key Responsibilities: - Partner Handover & Lifecycle Ownership: Engage in late-stage sales to ensure a structured handover, then own the partner relationship post-signature, including onboarding plans, success milestones and governance. - Partner Success & Adoption: Drive successful launch, adoption and scaling of Embedded Services within partner platforms, ensuring partners are operationally and commercially enabled. - Strategic Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organisations (Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial). - Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact internally, aligning Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations and Support to deliver against partner commitments and timelines. - Performance Monitoring & Risk Management: Track partner health, adoption and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and leading escalations to resolution. - Value Realisation & Expansion Readiness: Articulate value delivered, identify expansion opportunities and support Sales on upsell once partners are operationally ready. - Product & Strategy Feedback: Provide structured partner insights to Product and Strategy teams to inform roadmap and operating model improvements.
