Senior Marketing Executive - Dunfermline

As we continue to be the very best in the market, and to support a major growth strategy for 2026, an opportunity has arisen for a senior marketing specialist with design experience to join our dynamic marketing team, working specifically with our Commercial CR Smith brand.
Based in Dunfermline, our highly experienced and fast-paced department needs an additional marketing specialist and talented designer who can produce high quality collateral for a diverse range of projects within our growing commercial team. This is a brand new and varied role where you will work closely with our proactive business development teams to contribute towards business growth and brand awareness, as well as providing design support to internal stakeholders across the business. Although working within the larger marketing team, we are looking for someone who can work autonomously on specific projects, manage their own time efficiently and report directly to director level.
You will have a design/marketing background and will hold a relevant degree or qualification with 5+ years’ experience working as part of an in-house marketing team or agency at a senior level. You will possess excellent project management skills with knowledge of design, photography, artwork and print processes. This role will also involve strategy ideas with our Director of Commercial and wider team.
Essential skills:
* strong graphic design background and experience using Adobe creative cloud
* experience in working with senior management teams, strategy ideas including website design and upgrade
* excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask, delivering to changing deadlines
* knowledge of WordPress and video creation/editing would be a real advantage
* positive, cando attitude with a genuine passion for design with the ability to take the initiative
Responsibilities:
*
* offline collateral, including postcards, brochures, exhibition stands, staff training materials, internal stationery and workwear
* digital media assets for the company website, landing pages, sales support materials, and online advertising
* update website content via WordPress content management system
* planning and implementation of incentives and exhibitions within the commercial team
Package:
Salary up to £40,000
