Job Overview
Calderdale’s Integrated Commissioning, Contracts and Quality Team are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join them to cover sabbatical leave of the Project Support Officer post.
This post provides essential project support to the External Placements Team in their commissioning, arrangement, review and payment of placements for Children who are Looked After (CLA) and in the care of the Council.
We are looking for a highly effective organiser, who is adaptable and flexible.
Key Responsibilities
The post holder will be required to keep accurate records and prepare reports from a range of data and information, utilising a variety of formats. The post holder will also ensure contracts are in place and Individual Placement Agreements are completed and reviewed.
Qualifications & Skills
Applications will be welcome from those with excellent communication and relationship building skills and the ability to coordinate and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines.
A Level 4 qualification in an appropriate area (business studies, commissioning, contracts, health, and social care) or relevant equivalent experience is essential.
