MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Nuneaton Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Shift: Days I'm working with a fast-paced, expanding producer looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of production equipment, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and reliably. You'll also support continuous improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and equipment installations, working closely with production teams to maximise performance and minimise downtime. Sector - Manufacturer Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer Mechanical Background Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance. Engineering Qualification Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer Strong mechanical skills Fault-Finding experience Experience working within a production environment Worked on hydraulics and pneumatics systems Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer Experience with working with belts, bearings, pulleys, shafts, gearboxes, chains, pumps, hydraulics.
