Senior Insight Analyst
Manchester City Centre, Hybrid
Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for turning numbers into actionable insights? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to step into a pivotal role as a Senior Insight Analyst, at a rapidly growing, high-impact company.
As the Senior Insight Analyst, you'll dive deep into business data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks. You'll play a key role in shaping strategic growth initiatives and optimising overall business performance. This is a chance to collaborate with senior leadership across various departments, using your analytical expertise to drive decisions and influence change.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Deliver in-depth data analysis to extract insights, highlighting growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to help define focus areas and translate data into impactful business strategies.
* Simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights, effectively communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Support junior team members by providing coaching and mentoring, with potential to take on direct line management in the future.
* Validate business hypotheses using data analysis, offering evidence-based recommendations to guide decision-making.
Skills & Experience:
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into visual insights that drive business decisions.
* Advanced SQL experience, and Tableau or similar.
* Good understanding / exposure of the digital landscape and digital analytics
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, whilst proactively tackling challenges and continuously driving growth.
* Strong understanding of key business value drivers, with a talent for identifying high-impact analyses early on.
* Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders, using data to influence decisions and drive growth.
