Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants RequiredSEN Primary School | Horley
We are looking for experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and supportive SEN primary school in Horley on a full-time basis.
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 4:45pm
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate individuals who are committed to supporting primary-aged children with additional needs and making a meaningful difference within the classroom each day.
The Role
* Providing 1:1 and small group support within the classroom
* Encouraging pupils to stay engaged, focused, and confident in their learning
* Supporting children’s social, emotional, and communication development
* Working collaboratively with teachers and the wider support team
* Helping to maintain a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment
Requirements
* Previous experience supporting primary-aged pupils with SEN is essential
* Experience working within a school or classroom setting
* A calm, caring, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them reach their full potential
