About the role
A leading digital innovation firm, that has been recognised as a Top 100 company by the Sunday Times for 7 years, is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead successful and efficient delivery of digital transformation programmes.

Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and empower individuals to deliver complex programmes with measurable value.
* Establish and maintain governance structures.
* Manage risks and issues to protect and maintain client confidence.
* Commercial Management
* Identify and develop new opportunities within healthcare.
* Innovate, through leading and implementing process efficiencies and identifying new opportunities.
* Encourage the use of new technologies, tools, and ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
* Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at CxO-level.
Key Skills & Requirements
* 7 years of experience in programme management within the public sector and / or healthcare.
* Track record of delivering complex multi-million pond programmes.
* Strong experience in delivery management and leading programme teams.
* Experience in project governance.
* In this role, you will gain exposure in the following areas: Leading digital transformation programmes for national Healthcare bodies; Contributing to bid responses for Public Sector / Healthcare procurements, including effective bid writing; Sharing thought leadership in the public domain, such as blogs, articles, and industry forums; Develop new service offerings and propositions; Develop skills in agile delivery management.
