We are seeking an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships from inception to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Your Tasks
* Take commercial ownership of client relationships, overseeing P&L and ensuring pricing and profitability of your client account/accounts.
* Lead and develop a high‑performing team dedicated to client success.
* Provide oversight of service delivery and operations, monitoring SLA adherence, KPI variance and client satisfaction surveys.
* Prepare and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, chairing client meetings as needed.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project management for new business introductions or client projects.
* Drive account evolution and growth through strategic planning and identifying opportunities for additional solutions.
* Proactively identify and address risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and contingencies as needed.
* Manage and resolve account escalations in a timely manner.
Your Profile
* Proven track record in customer account management, with a focus on resolving complaints and improving solutions.
* Background from manufacturing, logistics or distribution.
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
* Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
