Description of the roleWe’re looking for an ambitious and charismatic Club Manager to lead our new club in Canary Wharf. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing community and play a central role in our national expansion. You will be responsible for the overall club business, running the day-to-day operations at the club, managing staff, responsible for the retail unit, building a strong Padium culture, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the club performance, with accountability for meeting overall budget targetsPlanning and delivering effective campaigns to drive membership, court occupancy, and retail salesRecruitment, training, and performance management of club staff to maintain our premium standardsManaging inventory and retail operations, including ordering and stock controlProactively pursuing corporate sales Overseeing daily club operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all departmentsCreating an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Padium’s premium positioningFostering a positive club culture for both staff and customers, and builds a strong communityCandidate profile and experienceAs Club Manager you will enjoy being hands-on, engaging with customers, and having a close understanding of all areas of the business especially sales, customer service, and building a strong community for customers and staff. We are a 7-days-a-week operation and the Club Manager will be required to work on a flexible basis to suit the activities of the club.
