Main duties of the job
As a Commissioning Home Manager you will drive recruitment, build and develop a brand‑new team, and work closely with the new‑build project team to introduce the home into the wider community. You will set the foundations for an outstanding care home and successfully lead it through its first inspection. The role also includes community engagement, marketing to drive occupancy, and ensuring high standards of safeguarding, CQC and compliance.

* Experience managing or opening a new‑build care home

* Experience managing a luxury care home with a high proportion of privately funded residents
* Excellent organisational and management skills
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines
* Resilience and compassion to support residents and staff
