What We're Looking For:
* Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (8D, FMEA, CAPA, NCRs)
* 2 plus years working in a similar level role within a manufacturing environment where you deal with electronic, electrical and mechanical components/material
* Eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
* Organised, proactive, and great at juggling priorities
* Strong communicator who thrives in a cross-functional team environment
What You'll Be Doing:
* Inspecting and monitoring manufacturing processes to make sure everything ticks like clockwork
* Investigating defects and process hiccups using RCA, 5 Whys, and 8D problem-solving methods
* Supporting testing and data traceability to ensure our electronics pass with flying colours
* Keeping our quality documentation sharp—control plans, SOPs, work instructions, and recordsHIT "APPLY NOW" to deliver perfection, one product at a time
