North Bromsgrove High School currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to join the team as a Pastoral Head of Year, supporting teaching staff with responsibility for the development and educational provision of learners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in pastoral care, preferably in an education setting, to make a significant contribution to students’ welfare and to the school. We are looking for colleagues who will embrace our vision to ensure that the very highest of standards are maintained and so that all students maximise their opportunities and progress.
Job requirements
A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in tandem with teaching staff
Ability to be empathetic and understanding to the needs of students
