We're looking for a Production Supervisor who believes that great results start with great leadership; someone who creates an environment where people feel safe, respected, supported and able to do their best work.
This role sits at the heart of our manufacturing operation. You'll lead production teams across weekend rotating Day & Night shifts, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards, while building trust, capability and confidence within a diverse workforce.

What you'll be responsible for
Lead production teams across weekend shifts, fostering a safe, inclusive and respectful working environment.
Deliver production targets safely, on time and to quality standards, balancing people, process and materials.
Act as a visible role model for Health & Safety and quality, embedding STOP culture and compliance.
Coach, develop and performance-manage Team Leaders and Technicians, supporting wellbeing and capability growth.
Manage people matters fairly and consistently, including attendance, performance and investigations.
Use operational data to understand performance, identify trends and drive improvement.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Materials, Training and HR to resolve issues.
Drive continuous improvement by encouraging ideas, applying Lean principles and supporting change on the shop floor.

You are likely to bring:
Experience leading people in a manufacturing or production environment
A practical understanding of Lean or continuous improvement, applied in real-world settings
A strong commitment to dignity, fairness and inclusion
The ability to coach, mentor and support your team through performance, attendance and development
Clear, respectful communication skills - no ego
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications such as NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) are helpful but your mindset, leadership style and practical experience matter most.
