Are you an experienced NDT Inspection Technician within Aerospace looking to join a well establish growing business..? You will be responsible for ensuring the relevant quality control inspections and tests are planned, executed and appropriately recorded. You will also ensure that the required NDT tests and inspection of products are performed in compliance with international regulations, the relevant internal and customers quality requirements as specified in specifications, standards, procedures, and contract. Main responsibilities will include: * Performing NDT testing and inspections using both Magnetic Particle and Fluorescent Penetrant methods, analysing results, and preparing detailed reports. * Detecting defects and interpreting test outcomes. * Creation of NDT Technique cards * Compiling test reports and presenting key findings. * Participating in Nadcap and customer audits. * Conducting control checks and documenting the results. * Coordinating the calibration of NDT equipment. Qualifications and Experience needed for the role: * Demonstrated expertise in a Non-Destructive Testing environment, with the ability to provide documented proof of past experience. * Experience and understanding of working to Rolls-Royce NDT procedures - Desirable * Valid NDT certification (EN4179) is essential. * At least three years of experience as an NDT technician. * Strong attention to det...
