Shift Manager – AM Shift 06:00-14:00 5/7 As a Shift Manager on the AM Shift, you’ll take ownership of a key area of our hub operation — whether that’s Inbound, Outbound, Manual or International. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll lead teams, drive productivity, control costs and ensure our operation runs safely, compliantly and efficiently every single day. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll turn plans into action, coach high-performing teams, use data to drive decisions and continuously improve how we work. Responsibilities Manage daily planning and performance of your operational area to deliver productivity and throughput targets Ensure the right levels of resource are in place across the shift and working week Lead, support and develop Supervisors and Team Leaders through 1:1s, reviews and team meetings Control operational costs, Client SLAs, asset use and performance reporting Drive H&S, hygiene and quality standards, including audits and risk assessments Reduce damages and claims while promoting consistent, best-practice ways of working Interested?
