About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Hold a 2:1 degree or above
* Have a degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, English, Maths, or a related subject (desirable)
* Possess strong spoken English skills to support pupils, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL)
* Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and nurturing attitude
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be passionate about education, child development, and inclusive learning
* Have experience supporting children within EYFS and/or SEND settings (highly desirable)
* Be an aspiring teacher, educational psychologist, or SEN specialist
* Have the right to work in the UK
The Role
As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both academic progress and pupil wellbeing. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting pupils with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and language development
* Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions
* Assisting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
* Supporting learning in Early Years through structured and play-based activities
* Promoting positive social, emotional, and communication development
* Helping to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
