We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, Legal -ranked law firm for a motivated and enthusiastic junior Family Law Solicitor to join their established Family team based in Sheldon.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and reputable firm, working closely with the Senior Partner, who leads the department and is recognised by Legal as a leading lawyer in the field.
You will handle a varied caseload covering all aspects of Family Law, gaining exposure to high-quality work and benefiting from ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
7. Managing your own caseload of family law matters
8. Handling a broad range of work including divorce, financial remedy, and Children Act cases
9. Providing clear, empathetic, and practical advice to clients during sensitive circumstances
10. Drafting legal documents and correspondence to a high standard
11. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You:
12. 2–4 years PQE (or equivalent experience) in family law
13. Experience handling a range of family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters
14. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
15. Excellent drafting and communication skills
16. A genuine passion for family law and supporting clients through challenging times
