Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets for aviation projects
* Monitor and control project costs, ensuring value for money and commercial efficiency
* Manage procurement, contracts, and subcontractor agreements
* Provide commercial advice to project teams and clients
* Support dispute resolution and risk management where necessary
About You:
1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within aviation, airports, or major infrastructure projects
2. Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
3. Experience with NEC essential
