Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade. You will initially be tasked with overseeing the Design elements of a project in Bristol. In the medium to longer term, this role will naturally progress into more of a regional position, potentially overseeing multiple projects and more junior members of staff. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously whilst being hands on with Design Management.
