Job Posting Title: Commercial Performance Manager (FTC) Req ID: 10119352 Job Description: About the Role & Team This is a temporary role covering a leave of absence until March 2026 The Disney team is responsible for the launch and day to day operation of Disney across EMEA, specifically focused on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships and synergy, content programming, research and analytics. This role will contribute to trading updates, and conduct deeper analysis on levers of commercial performance, on project-based and ad hoc market requests across EMEA. What You Will Do Lead on daily, weekly and quarterly trading reporting, including pro-active improvements Analyse trends of trading (daily, weekly, quarterly) and flag anomalies, successes and challenges Drive in-depth analysis of churn in close collaboration with Analytics, and derive key insights and action plans Work closely with local trading leads to analyse weekly data and identify levers of performance – also in collaboration with P erformance Marketing, B rand M arketing and C ustomer M anagement teams Support creation and management of initiatives plan to mitigate / sustain trading performance Become a subject matter expert on key areas of the subscription business, driving impact through deep knowledge of acquisition and/or customer retention Create exec-level presentations on trading performance and action plans Required Qualifications & Skills Previous trading experience Excellent stakeholder management with experience of dealing with senior level stakeholders Ability to tailor comms to different audiences (e.g. country teams, DSS, execs) High numeracy and analytical ability & rigour Strong presentation skills – regular deck preparation for stakeholders Data visualisation skills (e.g. Tableau) Strategic mindset Skilled at prioritising and managing multiple project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams, stakeholders and leadership The Perks 25 days annual leave Private medical insurance & dental care Free Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for free Disney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketing Excellent parental and guardian leave Employee Resource Groups – WOMEN @ Disney, Disney DIVERSITY, Disney PRIDE, ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.
